Selective by Design
Some spaces are built for maximum occupancy. This one is not. There are only 12 residences here. No random flow of people. No constant turnover of faces.
Koh Samui · Thailand
Private long-stay residency for those who choose silence, distance, and their own rhythm over the noise of tourism.
Manifesto
Some spaces are built for maximum occupancy. This one is not. There are only 12 residences here. No random flow of people. No constant turnover of faces.
In the evenings, you can hear the wind. In the mornings, only water and birds. Silence is not a request to guests. It is built into the very architecture of the space.
Natural materials age beautifully. Linen wrinkles. Wood darkens in humid air. Stone stays cool through noon. We do not polish anything to sterility.
La Costa Bianca does not function as a transit hotel. The space is designed for those who stay long enough to reclaim their own rhythm.
Some come here to write. Some to think. Some to recover from overstimulated cities. No one is obliged to know anyone else.
Residences
Sound isolation. Dense mattress. Natural textiles. No city glow.
Large desk. Proper evening light. Stable internet without visual noise.
Open space. Natural surfaces. Warm light after sunset. Minimum objects.
Infrastructure
La Costa Bianca is arranged so that everyday concerns stop occupying your attention. A small permanent team. Without fuss. Without public demonstration of service.
Closed grounds. No events, public parties, or random visitors.
Cleaning and maintenance happen almost invisibly to the resident.
Stable internet · Laundry · Housekeeping · Transfer on request · Long-stay support
Small common areas exist as an extension of personal space, not a social platform.
Before You Apply
The space is not designed for loud networking, parties, or constant outside guests.
We value distance between residents. Silence and respect for personal space are the baseline.
Short-term tourism changes the atmosphere. Residencies are for long-term stays only.
Most people understand whether this place suits them within the first few minutes.
Application
We consider a limited number of long-term residents at a time. Before the dialogue, it is important to understand the alignment of rhythm and expectations.
